Featuring music from Illyus Barrientos, Aden Remai, Tony Romera, Gene Farris, Wh0 and David Tort, this latest instalment moves through peak-time Tech House, Funky House, Acid House and big-room Club House.

Toolroom's long-running sampler series has become a reliable source of dancefloor-focused tracks on vinyl, collecting standout digital releases from across the label's catalogue into tightly packed four-track EPs. Volume 24 continues the formula with a varied selection that moves from nostalgic piano and organ-driven House through darker club grooves, Disco House and twisted acid-fuelled production.

Opening the A-side is Illyus Barrientos & Aden Remai – 'Deep Down', a rolling peak-time House cut loaded with classic influences. Familiar diva-style vocal samples meet Korg M1 organ sounds, big builds and heavyweight drums, creating a modern club track with a strong nod towards classic 90s and Chicago-inspired House.

Next up, Tony Romera & Gene Farris – 'Lazy' heads into darker territory. Low-slung, stripped-back and built around a tightly controlled groove, the track combines Romera's contemporary club production with the unmistakable House credentials of Chicago veteran Gene Farris.

On the B-side, Wh0 – 'Can't Stop' brings an immediate injection of funk with a pumping Disco House and Funky House workout. Driving rhythms and an infectious groove make this one of the EP's most direct dancefloor moments, designed for high-energy House sets.

Closing the sampler is David Tort – 'Any Fonque', a twisted and unconventional club cut powered by squelching Acid House elements and French Touch-inspired production. Raw, playful and deliberately off-centre, it provides a suitably energetic finish to the four-track package.
