The majority of orders are shipped within 48 hours of the order being made.

We currently offer 2 UK based options:

Royal Mail First-Class - Average Delivery Time: 1-2 Working Days

Royal Mail 48hr Tracked - Average Delivery Time: 2-3 Working Days

If you have an order of over £100, you will be entitled to FREE DELIVERY at checkout.

We ship all of our orders in Europe & Internationally. This will be calculated for you at the checkout with a list of every option and price available to you.

If your online purchase contains a Pre-Order, we will not be able to ship your order in full until the Pre-Order release date. If you wish to receive in stock items early, you will need to remove the Pre-Order items from your cart and order them separately.

If this meant that your order fell under the free delivery eligibility price (£100 UK & £150 EU), then you will have to pay for the full delivery fees.

Please e-mail alex@nothingventuredvinyl.co.uk using your Order Number as the subject and what the issue is in the body of the text, and we will look into the issue.

HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO CONTACT ABOUT THE ORDER ISSUE?

You must let us know about the issue, and if you then return items from your order, it must be within 14 days.

DO YOU COVER RETURN COSTS FOR THE RETURNED ITEMS?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover return costs for items you are returning to us.

Yes! If your Pre-Order is yet to be shipped to you and you wish to add or swap items, please contact us to confirm this.

HOW DO I CONTACT?

Email alex@nothingventured.co.uk and let us know the items you would like to add / swap. This can be a direct product link from our website or the name of the product.

If you change your mind about an order or part of an order, you can choose to return any items you no longer require. You will only be refunded for the item, not the postage fees paid. This is because those fees will have already been paid to the delivery company used.

Records must be returned in the same condition that you have received it in. It also must be in its original packaging.

Please note that Gift Vouchers are exempt from being returned.

You must return items 14 days from the date you received them.

If you wish to cancel the order you have made, we can only do this before your products have been shipped.

Please email alex@nothingventured.co.uk as soon as you can with your Order Number so we can arrange the cancellation before it's been sent.

If your order has already been shipped and you wish to return it (undamaged), please read our Delivery / Returns page to find out what to do.
