Description

The Disco Express presents Best of 2026, a special-edition compilation celebrating six standout tracks from another landmark year for the label. Pressed on limited-edition hot pink vinyl and housed in a deluxe PVC sleeve, this six-track selection captures the vibrant, groove-led sound of contemporary disco, bringing together funk-fuelled edits, soulful house and peak-time dancefloor energy.

Showcasing the breadth of The Disco Express catalogue, the compilation opens with Make It Disco's feel-good, vocal-driven “What You Gonna Say” featuring Yvonne Park, before Bustin' Loose deliver the horn-heavy, funk-infused house of “Less Struggle, More Hustle”. MGR Mike rounds off the A-side with “The Movers”, a vibrant slice of '70s-inspired disco revivalism built for keeping the groove flowing.

On the flip, Ayce & Spirit of House bring soulful energy with “Stronger”, featuring Phebe Edwards and Lawrence Rowe. LEFTI follows with “Muchacho”, a percussion-driven cut blending Afro-house and Latin-house influences, before La Felix closes the collection with “Run It Up”, an infectious dose of disco-house hedonism.

Featuring music from Make It Disco, Bustin' Loose, MGR Mike, Ayce & Spirit of House, LEFTI and La Felix, Best of 2026 reflects a label continuing to push disco forward while staying rooted in its dancefloor heritage. The featured tracks have earned support from respected selectors including Roger Sanchez, Danny Rampling, Marco Carola, Jamie Jones, Joseph Capriati, Paco Osuna, Claptone, Danny Krivit, Sam Divine and Arthur Baker.

A colourful snapshot of The Disco Express in full motion, this limited hot pink vinyl compilation is an essential pick for DJs and collectors seeking modern disco, funky house and soulful grooves with serious dancefloor appeal.
