Description:

Fool’s Paradise returns with the eighth instalment of its celebrated sampler series, bringing together four feel-good cuts of funky house, disco house, soulful club music and nu disco. Founded by Mark Knight as an offshoot of Toolroom Records, the label celebrates the spirit of classic 1990s vocal house, vintage disco and boogie, delivering nostalgic sounds with a fresh, contemporary dancefloor edge. 'Fool’s Paradise Sampler Vol. 8' features standout productions and remixes from DJ Fudge, Soul Avengerz, Sparque, Michael Gray, Dr Packer, Danny Kane and Colonel Red across an essential four-track 12 inch vinyl release.

Opening the A-side, DJ Fudge delivers 'Carry Us Away', a glossy, filter-rich 90s-inspired house roller packed with uplifting melodies, soulful energy and hands-in-the-air appeal. Soul Avengerz follow with their vibrant cover of Phase II's 'Reachin’', reworking the 1988 garage-house classic into a chunky, emotionally charged dancefloor cut that captures the timeless appeal of classic vocal house.

On the flip, Michael Gray and Dr Packer team up to revisit Sparque's 'Let's Go Dancing', the West End Records boogie classic, transforming it into a looping, groove-led boogie house workout. Closing the EP, Danny Kane featuring Colonel Red return with 'Don't You Worry (Michael Gray Extended Mix)', a cheerful, soulful house rework that pairs uplifting rhythms with Colonel Red's distinctive vocal delivery. Together, the four tracks showcase the label's knack for bringing classic dancefloor influences into contemporary DJ sets.

With DJ support from Danny Valentino, Michael Gray, David Penn, Purple Disco Machine, Sam Feldt, Don Diablo, Fedde Le Grand, Mark Knight, Husky, DJ Dove and Hutch, this sampler is a strong addition for DJs looking for uplifting, crowd-pleasing house music. Ideal for fans of funky house vinyl, disco house records, classic garage-house sounds and modern nu disco, Fool’s Paradise Sampler Vol. 8 delivers four versatile cuts full of nostalgia, groove and party-ready energy.
