Semi Delicious launches its three-part Café Gelato VA series with Disc 1, the opening chapter of a wide-ranging compilation celebrating the label’s extended family and wider underground house community. Curated by label boss Demi Riquísimo, the series brings together a colourful selection of club-focused sounds, reflecting the playful, groove-led identity that has become central to the imprint.

Opening the record, “Work It Out” by Demi Riquísimo & Kepler sets the pace with a collaboration between two key names in the contemporary underground house scene. Naajet’s “Fading Movement” follows, before Kamma’s “Seashell” brings another distinctive contribution to the A- and B-side selection. PACH’s “Rhythm N Groove” and Wilba’s “Coastal Mischief” round out the five-track EP, moving between deep house, deep tech and tech house with a focus on rhythm and dancefloor energy.

Forming part of a larger 17-track compilation featuring artists including Regularfantasy, Big Miz, Retromigration, BELLA, Manuel Darquart, DaisyBelle & Medlar, and Baldo & Revivis, Café Gelato EP Disc 1 captures the collaborative spirit behind Semi Delicious.
