Description:

Tino lands on M.A.D RECORDS with the Super Hot EP, a four-track collection of playful, energetic and seriously effective club music. Already proven on dancefloors and picking up support from Eris Drew, Dr Banana and Moxie, this is a peak-time-focused release packed with character and groove.

Nottingham-raised and Manchester-based producer Leo Dimartino aka Tino previously made waves with his Set You Free EP on Global Swing before landing on M.A.D Records with a rework of Pascal Moscheni's Pasion Latina. On Super Hot, he returns with his first full EP for the label, moving between nostalgic early house influences, acid-fuelled grooves and colourful deep house.

The EP opens with Super Hot, a nostalgic nod to the proto-house and early UK house-funk sound of the M/A/R/R/S era. Pleasure Pole follows with a basement-ready combination of acid lines, raw house energy and playful club pressure.

On the B-side, Rock Ya Body blends colourful Italian Deep House with thickset early-90s Breakbeat House, sparkling keyboard riffs and soulful reggae vocal samples. Josh Ludlow then delivers his remix, turning the track into a squelchy slice of late-80s house hedonism.

Super Hot EP is perfect for DJs and collectors into Deep House, Breakbeat House, early UK house, acid house, proto-house, Italian deep house and playful, dancefloor-focused club music.
