Description

Faith Beat returns with its 16th release, Tribute, from label head Ryan Elliott. Marking his first release in seven years, this four-track EP showcases his understated, groove-led approach to underground dance music, moving between warm nostalgia, stripped-back minimal rhythms and more emotive, driving club sounds.

Across the record, Elliott builds a clear sense of progression without overworking the details. “Makin Time” opens the release, setting the tone for a collection shaped by subtle textures and carefully considered grooves. The title track, “Tribute”, continues the journey, balancing restrained production with a deeper emotional pull.

On the B-side, “Never Ever” and “The Bounce” extend the EP’s movement through minimal, deep house and tech house territory. Each track develops at its own pace, keeping the focus on rhythm, atmosphere and dancefloor functionality rather than unnecessary excess.

As Faith Beat’s latest release, Tribute is a confident return from Ryan Elliott, delivering four considered cuts that reflect his distinctive taste and long-standing commitment to subtle, effective underground house music.
