Originally curated by Larry Heard aka Mr. Fingers to celebrate the first decade of Rebirth Records, 'Rebirth 10' returns in 2026 for its own 10th anniversary as a limited edition double vinyl LP. Pressed across one blue and one white vinyl record, this expansive 16-track collection brings together sought-after originals and remixes from Larry Heard alongside Motor City Drum Ensemble, Joaquin Joe Claussell, Andrés, Jamie 3:26, Ripperton, Dixon, Marcus Worgull and more.

First released as a limited double CD in 2016, 'Rebirth 10' was assembled to mark ten years of the influential Rebirth catalogue. For the project, the label handed selection duties to one of House music's defining figures, Larry Heard, whose work as Mr. Fingers helped shape the language of Deep House from its earliest days. The result is a deeply considered journey through the label's first decade rather than a straightforward greatest-hits collection.

Heard's own touch runs throughout the compilation. Wallflower – 'Say You Won't Ever (Larry Heard Underground Mix)' showcases his unmistakably deep and understated approach, while Villanova – 'On The Loose (Larry Heard Trybalambient Beats)' explores more atmospheric, percussive territory. His Mr. Fingers remix of Bocca Grande's 'Even If' also appears, alongside the beautiful original Larry Heard – 'Winterflower'.

Elsewhere, the tracklist reads like a cross-section of modern underground House culture. Motor City Drum Ensemble remixes Nufrequency featuring Ben Onono's 'Fallen Hero', while Jamie 3:26 brings his groove-heavy touch to Chromatic Filters' 'Horizon Stripes'. Joaquin Joe Claussell takes Yotam Avni's 'Pentimento' into his distinctive musical world, and Andrés remixes Corrado Bucci's 'Open Your Eyes'.

The second half moves further through Deep House, Electronica, Minimal and Melodic Techno, with contributions from Ripperton, Lake People, Motorcitysoul and others. A particularly notable inclusion comes from Tevo Howard featuring Tracey Thorn with 'Without Me', presented in the Marcus Worgull Dub / Dixon Edit.

Across four sides, 'Rebirth 10' highlights the breadth of a catalogue where soulful House sits comfortably alongside hypnotic electronics, deep rhythmic experiments and more melodic club music.
