Description

Leeds-based producer Kepler makes his solo debut on FUSE London with the Sunday Service EP, a four-track release exploring the intersection of deep house, UK garage swing and low-slung club pressure. Known for weighty basslines, rolling drums and fresh, forward-thinking production, Kepler has built a strong catalogue through releases on Up The Stuss, Semi Delicious, Constant Sound and Rossi’s HOME//GRXWN.

The EP opens with “Inner Motion”, a cosmic deep-house workout driven by sweeping melodies and tightly placed percussion. Next, “Jump Up Crew” featuring MC Secret Agent shifts into more energetic garage territory, pairing an animated vocal presence with heavyweight low-end pressure and a rhythm built for the dancefloor.

On the B-side, “Unity” settles into a deep, fluid groove that balances subtle movement with plenty of punch. The title track, “Sunday Service”, closes the release with hazy textures and shuffling drums, delivering a late-night journey through Kepler’s distinctive blend of UK-influenced club sounds.

Alongside his productions and labels Contact Music and Perspective, Kepler runs Studio Orbit, an online production community supporting thousands of artists. Following his appearance alongside FUSE founder Enzo Siragusa on the label’s X Series in 2024, this solo release marks another step forward for a producer whose music has earned support from selectors including Ben UFO, Four Tet, Raresh, Chris Stussy and Interplanetary Criminal.
