Junior Jack's 'Stupidisco', one of the defining Disco House records of the early 2000s, returns on Tinted Records with four dancefloor-focused remixes from David Penn, Deeperlove, Jolyon Petch and Elektrik Disko. Originally a major club hit in 2004, the unmistakable Disco House classic is reworked across Piano House, Tech House, Italo Disco and Nu Disco, offering four fresh interpretations of an enduring dancefloor anthem.

Originally released at the height of Junior Jack's success, 'Stupidisco' became a standout example of the muscular, sample-driven house sound that dominated clubs during the period. Belgian-Italian producer Vito Lucente AKA Junior Jack combined weighty house drums and swirling electronics with infectious disco vocal samples, creating a track that bridged underground club music and crossover dancefloor appeal.

Spanish house favourite David Penn opens the remix package with an uplifting, polished take on the original. Reworking its Pointer Sisters-sampling foundations into a filtered Disco House journey, Penn combines punchy kicks, a rolling bassline and an anthemic piano hook for a bright, feel-good version built for packed dancefloors and summer sets.

Deeperlove follows with the toughest interpretation of the package, pushing 'Stupidisco' towards contemporary Tech House. Energetic drums, heavy fills, chopped and echoed vocal snippets and a huge bassline give the familiar elements a darker, more physical club edge.

On the flip, Australian-based New Zealand producer Jolyon Petch delivers two contrasting versions. His first remix draws on Italo Disco and early electronic dance music, combining the original's hooks with a rubbery, retro-futurist groove. Under his Elektrik Disko alias, Petch then moves into funky Nu Disco and Disco Boogie, layering elastic bass guitar, sparkling synths and Chic-style guitar licks into a colourful revivalist workout.
