JKriv, co-founder of Razor N Tape, launched the Bedits series last year — a collection of re-edits created while relaxing in bed, hence the name. Due to popular demand, some of his best digital-only edits have now been pressed onto vinyl, delivering their infectious energy in a tangible format.
The opening track, "Breaks Them Free", is a punchy reinterpretation of Black Box’s 1990 Italian house classic "Everybody, Everybody", with a fresh, extended groove. "Say Wut" delivers deep house haziness with rich electric piano melodies, topped with effects-laden R&B vocal snippets that evoke late-night vibes. On side B, "It’s Freeky" bridges 21st-century R&B with vintage disco, while "More 2 Life" reimagines a Björk track into a throbbing, peak-time house banger.
