Glasgow favourite Jasper James joins the No Art family with 'Keepon EP', a slick three-track collection of off-kilter House, Deep Tech and Tech House pressed on striking Red Vinyl. Released through the vinyl-focused No Art Red imprint, the EP brings together crisp percussion, rolling grooves and playful electronic details across three seriously effective dancefloor cuts.

A tastemaker who emerged from Glasgow's famously rich electronic music scene to become a globally respected DJ and producer, Jasper James has built his career around an instinctive and distinctive approach to underground club music. From becoming the youngest ever DJ to play at Glasgow's legendary Sub Club, through B2B appearances alongside Ryan Elliott and his longstanding residency at London's Phonox, James has developed a reputation for expertly blending house, techno and more leftfield electronic sounds.

His explorations in the studio have resulted in releases for respected labels including ESP Institute, Optimo Trax and his own Mitchell Street Records. On 'Keepon EP', he adds another label to that catalogue by joining ANOTR's No Art family, following the founders and label regular Toman onto the vinyl-focused No Art Red series.

Title track 'Keepon' opens with an impactful, percussion-driven groove as crisp drums take control, guided by subtle vocal loops and background melodies that ebb and flow throughout the mix. 'Rise' builds on that energy with slinking grooves, playful samples, icy hi-hats and spiralling synths, striking a sweet spot between stripped-back Deep Tech and more colourful, electro-influenced club music.

The entire B-side is handed to closing cut 'What You Say', with Jasper James stripping things back around rolling drums, shuffling organic percussion and an infectious groove. Built with open-air dancefloors and summer terraces firmly in mind, it's a superb finale to a versatile three-track 12 inch vinyl EP from one of Glasgow's most established underground electronic talents.
