Released via SoSure Music in collaboration with The Frankie Knuckles Foundation, this deluxe 2x12 inch vinyl collection celebrates the timeless legacy of the legendary Godfather of House alongside his long-time studio collaborator Eric Kupper.

Few artists have had a greater influence on electronic music than Frankie Knuckles. From his pioneering work at Chicago’s legendary Warehouse to shaping the foundations of modern house music, Frankie’s sound inspired generations of DJs, producers and dancers around the world. His career spanned almost four decades, earning him global recognition, a Grammy Award, and the lasting honour of Frankie Knuckles Day in Chicago.

Following their formation of Director’s Cut in 2011, Frankie and Eric Kupper continued to evolve the iconic Def Mix sound, creating sophisticated reworks and original productions that blended soulful vocals, deep grooves and timeless club energy. Volume Two showcases some of their finest work, including the powerful 'Baby Wants To Ride' (Re-Directed) featuring Jamie Principle, the soulful brilliance of 'Let's Stay Home' (A Director’s Cut Classic Club Mix), and the previously unreleased anthem 'You’ll Never Find Another Love Like Mine' featuring Lou Rawls.
