Comb Edits – 'Por Amor' returns to vinyl following huge demand, bringing a rare, sun-soaked take on a Bobby Caldwell classic to 7 inch vinyl for the first time. Originally released as the title track from the inaugural I Travel to You release in 2021, this sought-after edit has become a favourite amongst Balearic Disco, soul and leftfield disco selectors, and now returns backed with a brand-new Comb Edits Dub Mix.

The mysterious Comb Edits project has been quietly delivering must-have re-edits from Norwich for several years, with some of its earliest releases becoming highly sought-after on the second-hand market. 'Por Amor' is arguably the most in-demand edit of the lot — a beautifully restrained reworking of a slow-motion, sun-splashed Latin interpretation of a Bobby Caldwell classic, overflowing with warmth, soul and laid-back dancefloor appeal.

On the A-side, the '7” Mix' offers a slightly shortened but no less gorgeous version of the original Por Amor edit. Warm Latin rhythms, soulful vocals and a hazy Balearic atmosphere make it a perfect selection for sunsets, warm-up sets and those special moments where the line between Disco, Soul and Balearica begins to disappear.

Flip it over for the new 'Dub Mix', where Comb strips the track back into a bass-heavy, delay-soaked version designed with adventurous selectors in mind. The dub provides a deeper and more spacious alternative while retaining the irresistible warmth of the original, making this a seriously versatile disco 7 inch for both the dancefloor and the listening room.
