Description:

BRS – Spring Dom EP sees Wolf Music revisit a timeless early-2000s deep house classic from BRS (British Rhythm Services). Originally released in 2003, this sought-after house record returns to 12 inch vinyl, reissued from the original DAT tapes and bringing its distinctive blend of soulful grooves, hypnotic vocals and rich analogue-style production back to the dancefloor.

The original 'Spring Dom' remains a superb example of classic deep house, built around echoed synth stabs, chunky drum loops, sweeping melodies and a driving bassline. Mesmerising vocal refrains add a soulful edge, while the carefully layered production gives the track the timeless quality that has kept it in demand among DJs and collectors for years.

Medlar takes on remix duties, reworking 'Spring Dom' with a tougher, rave-inflected approach. Chopped-up vocals, reworked synth lines and a more peak-time energy transform the original into a powerful modern dancefloor weapon while retaining the essence of the BRS classic.

On the flip, 'Clubtronic' brings a distinctly UK garage-influenced rhythm together with warm M1 pads and free-flowing jazz melodies. 'Miss You' closes the EP with a bumping groove, dynamic bassline and beautiful Rhodes chords, rounding out a versatile four-track collection that moves effortlessly between deep house, soulful house and jazzy club music.

A much-loved reissue from Wolf Music, Spring Dom EP offers DJs and collectors the chance to own a genuine early-2000s deep house classic on vinyl, complete with a superb modern remix from Medlar.

Perfect for fans of deep house vinyl, soulful house records, jazzy house, Wolf Music and timeless underground house music.
