Description:

Asa Tate – Feel So Good EP sees the rising producer return to M.A.D Records with four dancefloor-focused cuts spanning deep house, retro-futuristic electronics, acid house and warehouse-ready rave. Marking Tate's first full vinyl EP since his 2022 release on Rhythm Section International, this four-track 12 inch vinyl EP delivers a nostalgic yet forward-thinking blend of rolling rhythms, chunky Chicago house basslines, futuristic synths and infectious grooves. From uplifting peak-time energy to darker, acid-tinged club sounds, Feel So Good EP showcases an artist with a distinctive approach to underground dance music.

Four years after first appearing on one of M.A.D Records' multi-artist EPs, Asa Tate returns to the Make a Dance imprint with a full-length vinyl release packed with character and dancefloor appeal. The opening track, 'Feel So Good', sets the tone with thick Chicago-inspired bass, rolling beats and otherworldly electronics, drawing on the retro-futuristic spirit of Kraftwerk's Computer World era. Blending classic house influences with a modern production sensibility, Tate creates a sound that feels equally at home in intimate club settings and late-night underground dancefloors.

The EP moves through a varied selection of club-ready styles across its four tracks. 'You've Got Mine' delivers a low-slung groove driven by acid-tinged textures and a distinctly 90s house revival feel, while 'Bok Choy' brings warehouse-ready energy with Afro-rave influences and driving rhythms. Closing track 'UFO' explores bleep-led electro with a distinctly late-80s Chicago house flavour, rounding out a versatile release for DJs drawn to adventurous, vintage-inspired dance music. With its combination of deep house, acid grooves, electro and Balearic-adjacent sensibilities, Feel So Good EP is a compelling addition to the contemporary underground house scene.

Perfect for DJs and collectors looking for deep house vinyl, Balearic house records, acid house, electro and retro-inspired underground dance music. Pressed on black vinyl and presented in a picture sleeve, Asa Tate – Feel So Good EP is an essential choice for selectors who appreciate classic Chicago house influences, futuristic electronic sounds and versatile four-track club releases on M.A.D Records.
